How to Initiate a Return Email us at: saints@blacksta.shop within 14 days of delivery to start your return. We’ll guide you through the process and provide the return address. £5.00 flat Return fee. Return Requirements: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached. Exchanges: We offer like-for-like exchanges only (same item, different size or color). Let us know if you need an exchange when you contact us. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days! Pre-Order takes 2-3 weeks with free UK Shipping. Pre-Made takes 2-3 days. These orders are tracked and you will receive a status update when items are closer to arrival.

As I'm a one man team. All parcels are processed by me so it takes time for me to ship things all out! For items that run past their delivery time frame compensation will be applied. (Compensation may vary)

Sometimes the parcel delivery may run into some logistical errors. For example surcharge sender hasn't payed the full amount is a false statement when the parcel spends too much time in transit. Please contact me asap on @blkstaa on instagram or email saints@blackstore.shop to get it fixed.
